Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering with, or using the services of KourierX (operated by LOGI AND KOURIER LOGISTIC PRIVATE LIMITED, hereinafter referred to as "KourierX", "Company", "We", or "Us"), you ("Merchant", "Customer", "You") agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our services. Continued use of the platform or services constitutes acceptance of any updates to these Terms.

KourierX provides hyperlocal last-mile delivery services exclusively within designated Mumbai micro-zones. Our services include:

• Forward delivery of parcels from merchant pickup points to end customers
• Return-to-Origin (RTO) logistics for undelivered or rejected shipments
• Cash on Delivery (COD) collection and remittance
• Non-Delivery Report (NDR) management via WhatsApp verification
• Real-time delivery tracking and ops dashboard access (as per plan)

⚠ Services are limited to active KourierX micro-zones. Shipments outside active zones will not be accepted or processed.

As a KourierX merchant, you agree to:

• Ensure all shipment information (address, contact number, item details) is accurate and complete before handover
• Package goods securely to prevent damage during transit
• Not ship prohibited or restricted items (see Section 8)
• Maintain the minimum monthly order volume as per your active plan
• Provide a valid GSTIN for invoicing where applicable
• Notify KourierX of special handling requirements in advance

Pricing is charged on a per-order basis as per the merchant's active plan (Starter, Growth, or Scale). Pricing may be revised with 15 days' prior written notice.

• Forward delivery charges apply on every accepted shipment
• RTO charges are levied separately on each returned shipment
• GST at applicable rates is charged on all services
• Invoices are raised weekly or as agreed in the merchant agreement
• Payment terms: Net 7 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed

Cash on Delivery amounts collected by KourierX riders will be remitted to the merchant's registered bank account as follows:

• Starter Plan: T+2 business days from delivery confirmation
• Growth Plan: T+1 business day from delivery confirmation
• Scale Plan: As per negotiated terms

KourierX reserves the right to withhold COD remittance in cases of active dispute, suspected fraud, or pending dues from the merchant.

KourierX's liability for any lost or damaged shipment is limited to the lower of:

• The declared value of the shipment at the time of handover
• A maximum of ₹5,000 per parcel unless additional insurance is explicitly agreed in writing

Claims for lost or damaged goods must be raised within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date. Claims raised after this window will not be entertained. KourierX will not be liable for losses arising from:

• Inaccurate or incomplete address information provided by the merchant
• Inherent nature of goods (perishables, fragile items not declared)
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions)

The following items are strictly prohibited from being shipped via KourierX:

• Narcotics, controlled substances, or any illegal goods
• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or explosives
• Currency, negotiable instruments, or precious metals
• Live animals or perishable biological material
• Flammable, hazardous, or toxic materials
• Counterfeit or trademark-infringing goods

Shipping of prohibited items is grounds for immediate account termination, and the merchant shall bear full legal liability.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 15 days' written notice. KourierX reserves the right to terminate immediately in cases of:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Non-payment of dues for more than 15 days
• Shipping of prohibited goods
• Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
