By initializing a subscription with KourierX (LOGI AND KOURIER LOGISTIC PRIVATE LIMITED), the business entity agrees to the managed infrastructure protocols defined herein.
1. Service Continuity Bond
The Bond is mandatory for network activation. It remains fully refundable upon 30 days written notice of network offboarding, provided all operational dues are cleared.
2. Operational SLA
Service Level Agreements are tied specifically to the active subscription tier. Highest priority routing is reserved for SWIFT and SURGE tier networks.
